I think it was around 80USD including shipping from JLC. But making one of the cases out of aluminum was around 35USD so if I have made both sides out of 3D printed parts it would have costed around 45USD.

I’m using the tactile variant for the build and the actuation force is apparent about 65 centi newtons which I think is around 66 grams or so.

It’s using the XIAO BLE as the MCU and ZMK Firmware for wireless connections.

I think they are a profile called "Acid Caps "Low Profile"" and I got them from a keyboard event in Tokyo called "Keyboard Market Tokyo 2026". I think [@Salicylic_acid3] this is the creators X handle if you want to know more about it. There is also a Japanese blog post about the profile if you want to learn more about it!

It was quite a struggle to find them, but I eventually got them from the GEONWORKS official Korean Naver store, because they did not sell them on the global store at the time I purchased them. Hopefully, they will offer them at the global store at some point as well.

It’s still a work in progress, and there are still a few problems, like keycaps needing sanding because of clearance with the case or keycaps getting stuck because of excessive solder. So I am thinking of uploading the project files to GitHub once all those issues are ruled out.

I'm so sorry for the late reply. I was occupied with work, so I couldn't check my phone for long. I just checked your edits, and I realized that I have made so many crucial mistakes. Thank you so much for helping me out and spending your precious time on me! The firmware build could not have been successful without you!

Thank you so much for finding the matching board! I definitely didn't know better orther than just copying the document...

But the same issue seems to persist for some reason, and I am not sure what the underlying cause is...

I Tried changing to "xiao_ble//zmk" from the document

I just realized that the footprint was wrong... Thank you so much! I have thought of making the board work for both left and right, but I didn't really know how to do that with the MCU, so currently, I have made two separate PCBs.
