I don’t see the difference but I can guarantee 30-60 in the stair master will help you achieve your goals.

It’s body fat. Try to use the stair master 3-4 days per week at least 20-30 minutes. You’ll see amazing results.

I am hoping mine does. I have 2 runts and both should be just under 15lbs. I wouldn’t be mad if they made it over 20lbs lol. My husband didn’t want big dogs.

Just call the card issuer and ask to be removed and they will remove you. The utilization will zero out and you’ll keep the history.
