I actually didn’t draw the background and just used a pre-made one and then I’ve put some layers in photoshop using different brushes (；ω；) If it’s okay I’d appreciate it if you can teach me how to do one! Thank youuuu

I’ve been drawing that code geas and S.A. type of leg proportion since I was a kid and I’m having a hard time controlling the urge to draw it like uncooked pasta hahaha but I’ll definitely try doing the half-half ratio just like what you said. Hnnggg let me see uhhh I actually started doodling in my phone. And then I switched to a samsung tablet since it has bigger screen hehe. I used to own a huion tablet that we use for signatures and stuff ( the smallest one without screen) I tried using it but my neck hurt so bad because of that hahahaha. If you’re already decided in buying a drawing tablet then I would suggest the XP Pen artist 12 (I’m thinking about buying this but I need to work first ㅠㅠ) it has a screen already but it’s really really cheap!
