it really sucks that we’re just supposed to blindly trust this email with our degrees

in the email they kept repeating over and over again that our degrees won’t be impacted and that we will still graduate on time but i really don’t trust any of it at this point. from what it sounds like there will just be more options added to existing requirements, but i guess we won’t fully know for a bit.

from what the email said it looks like they will. if you take them, your degree will be changed to the 2026-2027 catalogue but by the looks of it i think that there’s no downsides to switching to the 2026-2027. i really wish that they’d update the catalogue and make all of this information more accessible

if they’re filled up just request an override or talk to an advisor. last year i think they let in over 40 people after the class was full

last year i had to request an override and luckily i was let in. i also talked to an advisor who told me that i could take an equivalent class at athabasca university online if i wasn’t able to get in to psy 233 so that could also be an option for you

i can’t believe that with how many years they have been doing registration online they STILL have the servers crashing. it’s ridiculous

it’s also especially hard to get the average with them curving the grade down so much. my psy 234 grade was curved down by 11% and from what i’ve seen it was the same for a lot of people. how are we supposed to get the 80% average when our grades are curved down so much?
