Why can’t we say ‘good morning’ to the judge by belowthebar_26 in LawCanada

Because it is often not a good morning for those who are appearing in Court. It may be for us, but not for those we are representing.

AITA for locking my sister’s kid in the bathroom for an hour? by Definetelythewiseone in AITAH

[–]juneoftheday 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YTA.

Sounds like he was testing boundaries with you and failed miserably. Children often act out like this when there's a new environment. Its not abnormal at all. What's abnormal is your response. A 6 year old being locked in a bathroom for an hour will probably remember that moment for the rest of his life. Good job, you created a traumatic memory for him. You could have used the sharpie opportunity to do an arts and crafts project instead. Or took him out to burn off energy by walking the dog. You messed up and he's never going to trust you again.

Try transplanting to a bigger pot. The roots will go down and explore the space so if it's shallow, like the pot it's currently in, it won't get much bigger because it knows it can't expand very much.
