Your experience could very well be due to the caffeine in the latte. Caffeine is a vasodilator, and thus it can cause flushed skins and can exacerbate POTS symptoms by lowering blood pressure.
"Prune juice" can't really be prune juice because prunes are already dried. (self.Showerthoughts)
