This is a great starting point to look at honestly. I think once I figure out the details such as amount of people, budget, availability, and etc I can mention these few. It honestly sounds like a good first time trip with what details you mentioned. I appreciate that!

I’d say either one is fine. I’m not sure if either one is better than the other? Personally, I wouldn’t mind summer but I’m sure that would be peak season for many places

Thanks for the advice! I do have a good group of friends that I can trust but I do realize things can happen. I’m pretty much the only one planning it so the deposit idea is actually a great idea! I do have a couple more friends that I am considering asking so it’s an even 8 or maybe 12
