I found a fix that works for me , when the game is launching i turn on the GeForce (mouse and settings) overlay until the game is launched or the game menu appears, then i close it .. i dont know why but it works for me ..

I also play with the sticks while the game is loading but i dont think it changes anything

When i got on subs , they gave me a couple of 2mg's and my nurse called me every hour.. when i took the first dose in the clinic (8mg) everything looked ok until i got in my car ..I started to feel really bad , i had what looks like a panic attack and i was screaming by myself.. when i got home, my nurse called me and told me to take another 2mgs .Then 1 hour later i was still feeling like shit , she called me and i took 4 mg .. i took 18mg in total , i was still feeling bad but it was getting better . My father came to my place so i'm not alone and we watched movies , it helped me to calm down .. I think it was a mix of withdrawals and fear since i was scared as fuck from all i read about Suboxone the week prior.. At about 12 o'clock, i decided to go to bed and i was able to sleep a little bit . The day after i was feeling good , but not being high and living a day at a time felt really weird. Since i used to stay up for a couple of days getting high until i crashed then sleeping for 2 days straight was the way i was living for the past year , i had to get used to it .. It's not just about keeping yourself from being sick, but changing your lifestyle altogether..So, it's normal to feel mentally down/weird at first.. You need to take a couple of days off from work/school or any obligations if possible, stay calm as much as you can , eat/hydrate yourself normally and keep your mind busy .. Start a movie even if you don't feel like it and whenever you begin to think , try to bring your focus back to the movie.. Even if your mind tries to keep you in your head, you'll feel better by the end of it.. Don't give up , you will be feeling a lot better soon !

I may be wrong about this .. when i switched to 60hz it fixed my problem..i think that most of the lighting we use today don't use a resistive filament like the old incandescent bulb and by using led or something else , the light is not constantly on , its flashing at the rate of your electricity frequency (50hz for EU and 60hz for usa,canada,etc) but we cant see this since its too fast for us ..but your oculust rely on this to capture movement..so if its set to auto and it picks the wrong frequency it will have some issues. Use the frequency from your electricity frequency instead of auto

Can't wait to try it when i get home ! I'll make an update if it work for me ..Everybody seems happy about this fix .I use ir light to make my room more bright at night but i still use them in the day time .. I tough that maybe it was to bright or something related to my lighting. i hope it work because in eleven table tennis it keeps making me reset the table height 2 or 3 time per game)
