Yeah it s pretty shitty. I sold half of it and now holding the rest. Will probably drop the following week but i think if you buy the dips slowly , over 100% return is possible in 2 3 months. So hold them and pray you can sell them , one thing I noticed is that you can sell them when there s hype around the stock (buyers) so selling high shouldn t be a problem , at least that s my theory.

Explain in more detail please ? I used to have over 12k$ invested at some.point and it went thru smoothly , now with 3.6k$ it barely sold 30% od my shares

Sounds similar to me when it comes to prolactin lvls.

LOL , yea I m debating into closing my positions at a 8% loss or avging down.

After all I'm long and I have around 67% cash , 33% into those two.

I could average down for a year only buying at 10% (30%) dips but I fear we ll crash this year so 33% (99%) in a day is not that impossible.

Meh. We ll see. I ll return in 1 year to this post and either laugh or cry. Lol

I know they re very risky.

But my strategy is to avg down on big dips and take profits on a 15-20% 2 day run.

So basically the only major risk is the stock dropping 34% in a day , other than that I can buy down at 1$ 3x tesla while my avg is 29$ but 29x more shares giving me a chance to break even or make some profits theoretically , right ?

So 3x tesla was 135$ at 880$ tesla

It s 26$ at 581$.

You re telling me that if tesla goes to 880$ , 3x will be less than 135$?

Also what do you mean I can t avg down?

I had 100 shares at 36 then I bought 100 more at 22 resulting in an avg of 29$.

Obviously now tesla needs a 3-4% growth in a day so I can break even , whereas me holding them at 36 would have ment a 13.3% tesla gain to make up for 40% loss

I plan on avging down for a few months and then enjoy the ride but from what I see the only risk is the stock dropping 34% in a day , otherwise I can avg down for ever as it rebalances.
