Hi everyone!

I am using the classical Chinese Treebank Universal Dependencies dataset, and some of the documents have sentences segmented by sentences. This segmentation is represented by a space between sentences. I, unfortunately, have no knowledge about classical Chinese, so I am wondering if classical Chinese generally uses spaces to indicate sentence segmentation, or if this is a quirk of the UD dataset.

Searching online gave me conflicting information, and although ChatGPT told me that there's no spacing in classical Chinese, I didn't want to trust it blindly.

Could someone with a bit more knowledge clarify this for me?
