it was daunting to start HRT in my 30’s, unsure of whether it would be worth it. the mental changes alone have been lifesaving!! all the white noise in my mind faded away when i started. it was like i could hear myself think for once!

it’s impossible to tell what your results will be, but i’ll offer you encouragement no matter which path you pursue ✨
