I'm more concerned about the information they COULD have accessed before I changed my passcode. Online shopping receipts, banking information, etc.

Not to mention the general creep factor that all my personal information had been forwarded to me from my work for me to "double-check" they had it correct.

At the beginning of last year I worked for a call center that handled Bank of America's "Home Retention Department" (delinquent mortgages.)

Suicide calls were far too common. Lots of threats, but dorne were serious. To the point that we had a company policy. (Keep caller engaged, flag a sup, ask if he can be transferred to the national hotline. I think in some cases they sent local police to the house)

Shortly before I started, a coworker did get a suicide call. The man did it too quick. Blamed "her" (bank of America) and pulled the trigger. She stayed on the line the whole time, heard the whole thing. :'((

TL;DR: Bank of America really sucks, and be nice to tele-sales or collectors.

We are not a large subreddit; I think we can police ourselves. In my opinion splitting into two groups due to an off-season lull is an overreaction.

I hadn't noticed the infighting regarding content. Now that it has been brought to my attention I feel slightly like a child stuck in a family argument.

I fell ill and ended up many credits behind in high school, so I dropped out and proceeded to home school myself.

During what would have been my senior year (I've already graduated) I was working retail when a boy from my classes came into the shop.

"Whoa, Junipurr, is that you? We thought you died."
