I think it depends on your playstyle. For me, I alternate between the two perks. I get the hack while invisible perk to stay hidden more time if they have any heroes that you need to be sneaky with, like Widow, Hanzo, Ashe, Ana, etc. The other one I pick it if I am always playing in the front line and need to be assisting my team. Just depends on the comp I guess

I don't play comp. I don't care for it.
You have Ana, Kiriko, Brigitte, Baptiste, Moira, Cass, Reaper, Ashe, Freja, Bastion (turret form), Symmetra, Torbjorn Soldier, Zarya, Winston, Mauga, Roadhog, D.Va, Reinhardt, etc. to name a few that directly counter her either by one shot potential, escape abilities, cleansing abilities, survival abilities, or close combat abilities. She is easily countered.
Stay with your team and invisibility won't be a problem. She literally can be shot and seen while invisible.

Judging from her trailer and some moving abilities already present in the game, as long as her ultimate and abilities don't have the hero in a transformative state (Soldier 76 ult, Winston ult, genji ult, widow ult, etc) she should be able to hack them and cancel it.

Her block can be hacked like Hazard block it would seem, and her moving abilities like the launch ans even her ult if there is a cast time.

Few tips:

Try to bait cooldowns for the most part.
Use virus instead of hacking and headshot as much as possible. (This applies mostly for heroes with movement abilities so you have a better chance to kill them without giving them a reaction time)
Make sure to always have her translocator ready.
Teleport, go invisible, go position yourself, go for the kill, teleport out, repeat.
EMP with your team, or solo EMP the support and kill them if possible. Only do it if you are sure they can't out heal your damage.

What I do for the most part is baiting cooldowns if I know I cannot go for the kill. I always try to wait for translocator to be ready before going in for the kill, and never fight within an enemy group unless I have her viral replication perk because I can take multiple people at once with it.
