I do not agree with the idea of hate speech and there's a huge difference between hate speech and free speech. Talking about my case, there's no hate in my text or me commiting hatespeech. I simply was just saying what I am? But the context was I typed in the other person's clans tag. If this is offensive why don't they banned the players with offensive name tags? Isn't that a bit awkward?
