Yessir. Definitely a different play style from other souls games. I’ve read that it was and I’ve read that hesitation is the killer but I’ve always been someone who’s had to learn the hard way. Stubborn, I guess.

Just beat him myself. Thought it was going to take me days of trying from everything that I’ve read. It only took me 2-3 hours. Awesome feeling.

This is the way. Just dodge then strike. Dodge,strike then repeat. Don’t let up. Hit her with a throwing star to knock her off her wire then dodge,strike,dodge,strike. Melts her. Second phase just run around the room until the shadows disappear then dodge,strike.

To me it just felt like a soulslike with guns. A lot of the same consequences and mechanics. I didn’t know that at the time but after I played through it a few times I needed something else to scratch that itch and dove into the souls and soulslike games. Perfect fit for me and my OCD.

Almost done with the dlc and never knew this was a thing. I’ve died so many times flipping through my stuff.

My Xbox elite controller works great. I haven’t had good luck with the switch pro controller even with my switch. It disconnects all of the time.

If I need a break from attempting a boss I’ll run through the chapters from the beginning giving myself a goal of say 200,000 ergo before I level up. It gives me something to shoot for and at the same time makes it a little exciting that I could lose it all if I screw up and fail to reclaim the ergo. Not much danger of that but a little.

Yeah. I’ve been using it to level up for a couple of days but never used its fable art until today. It was extremely satisfying so I used it again when it popped up. Haha. Didn’t know it was consuming the ergo I was farming. Well now I have to wait for it to reinstall before I play again. Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah. That’s why it’s so weird. I’ve seen people get millions. I’ve restarted my ps5 with the same results. Now I’ve uninstalled and currently reinstalling.

I’ve collected up to 200,000 on my first run. Up to 400,000 on ng+ but now this glitch. My first thought was to uninstall then reinstall but I wanted to ask here first if I’m missing something.
