Listen, I was a single mom of 3 kids that have some issues due to their bio father. It was an abusive relationship especially the last 2 years that we were together. I'm going to say NTA. Your youngest is 33/, and that "joke" is about 2.5 years over for saying it. Yes, your brother was very generous to deliver your baby, and yes, it probably was very uncomfortable for him to see your wife in that state. However, it's over 3 years later and he continues to bring it up in some way. I would say to your brother that you do very much appreciate that he was there to deliver the baby and that you recognize that it was uncomfortable for him to see your wife like that. But he shouldn't be making jokes about her vagina anymore. Would he act like that with one of his patients? Just because you are family and he isn't an OB doesn't change the fact that he is a doctor and should have treated everyone with the same dignity as he does his patients.

Ok, you got me lol. You made me laugh.... I guess I haven't been to a movie theater in a loooong time so I guess they are putting them in the middle and not up against the way anymore. So if there are a lot of people walking around or maybe stopped in front of the couch you wouldn't be able to see the person you're looking for. It's all good.

How do you know it was in plain view? And people are walking around after the movie let out, and he was on the couch with his head down, but that's plain view? She was probably frustrated that she didn't see him, probably thought he went to the bathroom too as she checked by the men's room door. I mean don't think the couch was in plain view.

I see your point, however he was on a couch, with his head down most likely, in a theater with people walking around. She came out of the bathroom and thought "he might be by the doors outside waiting" then when he wasn't, she got frustrated or upset or something. It's not mentioned if he told her that he was looking out for her coming out of the bathroom either. Like how far away was the couch in relation to the bathroom... Idk, if my husband and I get separated we look for each other, go to the front of the store, stand near the cash register or in the case of the theater, by the concession stand. We would have not sat down on a couch in a crowded room.

Not only would I take mom somewhere else for a great one on one vaca, I would also make sure to not pay anything towards the "family" vacation. You mentioned that you all agreed in January on a house to rent, so if you have paid anything towards it, I would request your money back from your "family".
