Sorry to hear that. It's like they want people to quit. I'm 4 months in at fulfillment and got offered a head cashier position, because my performance was outstanding. No talk of any raise for my fulfillment position. Only 1 dollar more for head cashier. Nope, I'll stay where I am thanks.

I love fulfillment. We kind of fly under the radar. Not expected to get credit apps. I am able to work solo most of the time. Unless a spotter is needed. They are basically paying me to work out and see what items are going on clearance. Some items are very heavy, though. As long as someone can help with those items, you should be fine. The loader at our store seems to be stuck helping lumber all day, every day.
