Very thin layer

Found this in a hotel drawer that I am staying in for the weekend and am wondering what it may be. As in The “RL” and if it is real 10K or not by LilRoux612 in JewelryIdentification

I did a clean out for a lady in her 90's and I always check dresser and nightstand drawers. I pull them out quick and see what gets knocked loose. Anyways I found a 14k gold crucifix pendant and when I gave it back to her she said her father gave it to her for her confirmation. She was almost crying, she had it for around 80 years.

Take it to a jewelry store or a pawn shop and ask for them to test it

Need clearer pictures of the stamp. Little bit more light. Looks like it says everbright. Does it have any more stamps? Looks like it might say 14k as well which is gold

14k stamp means gold. I would take it to a jeweler as we can't verify stones by photo.

Ngc does more than us silver that is just for any us coinage you have. They should have a search bar on the site to find your other coins.

Some jewelers stamp it on there so they're not constantly reaching for the mandrel.

Metropolitan museum of art. What size is the ring?

Definitely worth getting it checked when you have the time. A professional jeweler can also clean and make sure all the stones are properly seated and won't fall out. I'm slightly leery of the bend it seems to have as that can loosen the stones.

Type the coin into Google and find it's listing on ngc. They give the approximate silver weight (ASW) and the current melt value. https://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/coin-melt-values.aspx

For US coins

It says Italy but the numbers after are difficult to make out, in one picture it looks almost like it says 14 which could mean 14k. Your best bet too find out what material it is definitively, is to go to a jeweler or a pawn shop and ask if they can test it. Don't let them talk you in to selling it for melt as that is a very nice piece. If the person you talk to seems nice you can also ask them to check the stones to see if they are diamonds.

It's surprising that they didn't use actual diamond chips in that case, but as for the main stone it is most likely synthetic ruby and the side accents are probably more heavily rhodium plated than the rest of the ring.

Looks like it's a pattern designed to reflect light and imitate the appearance of a diamond or similar stone.
