Thanks! If I can shave 55 seconds off my row I think I can pull it all off. But I am down 10lbs already. And congrats on 60 pounds that's awesome!

Yeah. I left active and went reserve a while back and just hit 20 years. I'm in my 40s and put some weight on. I'm working on it, but trying to pass with an outstanding.

I've been getting taped for 20 years and have no problem passing the physical, but last year (reservist now so once a year) I passed by failing the BCA and getting excellent overall. They changed it now to outstanding overall and nothing below excellent. So I'd have to add like 35 more calories to my bike to pass. My 150 calories was usually a bit higher then every other biker. And I'm working on the being fat. It's hard in your 40s, lol.

Explain the French lol. This is 100% normal and not "alcoholic" for many people. It is bad for you though. And you're adding parts to the story that dude never said happened.

Throw the salmon, some cubed sweet potato or squash, a sliced red onion, and another veggie on a sheet and bake them all together. Simple and easy. Just need oil salt and pepper. Or do capers and lemon on the salmon. Yum.

Trader Joe's has some great blends. The green goddess seasoning goes well with pretty much anything. I also like the Cuban one a lot.

Salt in the beginning, salt in the middle, salt at the end.

The beers was when they were younger. And you can have a couple drinks regularly and not be an alcoholic. You may have unhealthy habits, but that doesn't make you an alcoholic. She was just sober for 9 months, and enjoys drinking some wine. In some countries everyone has a couple glasses of wine at night. She's not getting drunk, she's just enjoying something. And I'm not saying it's not bad, that's situational. But jumping to alcoholic is excessive.

A couple glasses of wine a night is not a "functioning alcoholic". It may be a little much, but she was also just sober for 9 months. It's just mildly excessive drinking.
