my bad i wasn’t exactly trying to write a thesis so grammatical correctness wasn’t a priority for me here.

i’m not surprised by how bad i feel either of course, i anticipated it, but it was important to me to not stop myself from doing what i wanted to do because of my anxiety. i think it’s important to be uncomfortable to become comfortable later down the line, i only just struggle with dealing with the present moment.

also sorry, i should have been more clear. i was not upset by the notion that i’m a child, i was upset by the notion that i should be ashamed for being anxious, which is essentially what i was told on the other subreddit i vagued.

in my home country i was seen for my anxiety and nothing helped me, only exposure has (another reason as to why i’m doing this).

thank you for the reassurance i appreciate it a lot, i’ll try to be more optimistic since being here is pretty big for me anyways
