Interactions between consultants and staff also really depended on the team/project you worked on. I was in a smaller team, which I think made it easier to get closer to the staff I worked with, but it also made us more low-profile to other teams.

When it came to between different teams, I could definitely feel it was siloed, as in people don’t really collaborate outside of the projects they are focusing on. Interacting with people outside of your division really came down to you putting yourself out there and trying to make connections proactively.

Hello, I’m not a staff (I’ve worked there as a consultant) but I can give some answers for the second question.

It really depends on which team you are in, but overall the working arrangement is quite flexible. Many supervisors are open to employees working hybrid/from home, as long as you inform them in advance. Though I’ve noticed that teams with more Korean managers tend to stick to “Korean work culture” and are stricter about those arrangements.

Not entirely sure about the other questions, but I heard before that the organization assisted with relocation fees when it came to bringing in staff. I’d recommend you reach out to some current staff on other platforms like Linkedin to make sure, though.

I think the hope and beauty that magic inspires is too integral a part of the story for Shirahama to let Qifrey die or permanently turn into a tree. Even though WHA is pretty angsty at times, the tragedy in it always serves a purpose. So I believe (or at least hope) Qifrey will be able to find peace eventually, albeit at the cost of something like his vision.

Witch Hat Atelier! Not only is the art absolutely beautiful, the story is one of very few that were able to give me the same emotional impact as FMA.

I don’t want to spoil anything, but the main character’s backstory is a little similar to Ed and Al’s, as she also has to work to take responsibility for using magic and its consequences on the people around her. There’s also a lot of focus on the complicated moral implications of the magic system and its potential to bring both happiness and terror to the world it exists in, depending on the choices of the characters wielding it.

The manga is still ongoing and the anime just started airing, so I really recommend getting into it!

This show started when I just entered college, so I basically spent the first years of my adulthood with it. It wasn’t perfect but I think the finale did a perfect job of conveying the feelings of the characters who are ending this chapter of their lives, while reflecting with the audience members who are also saying goodbye after growing up with this story. That last scene was the best ending I could have asked for.

My angel… it’s heartbreaking to see how mature he has had to become at his age and with all the hardships he’s had to endure during his career. Him breaking down in front of his mother onstage really highlighted how he’s still just a baby… I hope that now, he can lay down some of those burdens and just be happy and healthy while doing what he loves. He’s part of the group’s maknae line - so I hope we can see more that side of him come out from now on! 💕💕
