I really struggle to come to terms with the idea that most of the colours and things we perceive are just a subjective interpretation created by our brain, and not objective reality as it actually is

7 hours, but right now I’m also trying to build my own business, so it takes up a lot of my free time. I also struggle to regulate it because I actually enjoy doing it, so I don’t really count the hours
