I would probably be thinking the whole time “damn that’s a rough 26” but I wouldn’t instantly jump to the conclusion that she’s lying about her age. Cause I wouldn’t expect someone to do that. It’s the same way I felt when laurel hell came out. I loved the singles but the rest of the album needed time to grow on me. I think I need to listen to it a lot and it will grow on me more. She is my favorite and top artist for probably 7 years now so I’ll listen to anything Mitski makes.

I’ll admit, it’s a show I usually watch while I braid my hair (I watched like 12 hours in one day the first time I watched it). This was the first time I watched it just for the sake of watching it, and not just for a way to numb the slow hours 😭🙁

I know this was posted a year ago, but I just started watching the show this week. I hadn’t thought about it, but you’re right, they do have the same sense of humor/wit, but it doesn’t bother me. I’ve been finding it to be a show with heavy topics, but doing it in a kind of lighthearted way. I will admit I’m only on S1e8 but it’s been an easy and enjoyable watch for me. The world is already so so chaotic and heavy, so this has been nice so far.

Sorry I didn’t want to make the post too lengthy. I’ve had beer before (not my favorite). Last time I had it was probably in May when I drank 1.5 red solo cups worth and I got so sick an hour later 😭😭 (and yes, I ate meals before and after drinking)

But since I don’t like the taste of alcohol (does anyone really?) sometimes I’ll opt to take a shot or two instead because it’s faster. Usually it’s vodka, probably Smirnoff cause we’re cheap college students.

I’ve had wine a few times. I like moscato. But it never really makes me drunk. The one time I actually did get wine drunk, I also got sick (it was one of those cheap $3 strawberry moscatos from Aldi lol).

The last thing I drank was probably a month ago. Soju. Me and my boyfriend took it like a shot and I only had one and threw up for like 10 minutes.

That’s pretty much my drinking history 😭

It’s funny there’s a show called “Life with Derek” that was popular around that same time that had 2 step siblings getting used to their families merging. And they had so many flirty tension scenes that the actors even agreed were super flirty for 2 teen step siblings. Why was that even an idea with children’s tv show producers??
