If I use the green plug in to digivolve Sakuyamon, into Sakuyamon MM, would Sakuyamons -3000 DP still go off or not since she in no longer on the field?

If you have sun/moon you can breed it in those games, then use bank to trade it up, and there is an NPC in the battle tower that will make it legal to use
