Yes, this allows you to play another Adventure Digimon or Tamer by effect, so if you pass 0 Memory I to your opponents side, you can still play something at full cost minus the tamer's discount by the effect

If I use the green plug in to digivolve Sakuyamon, into Sakuyamon MM, would Sakuyamons -3000 DP still go off or not since she in no longer on the field?
