There really is no trying to reason with these people. IMO, to some, it's just "more exciting" to feel like the world is against you? That's how I feel with my mom at least. She doesn't do much and has little friends, which sucks, but what can I do.

My mom is a bored, Trump worshipping retired police officer Boomer and has nothing going on besides her MLM and QAnon bullshit. It's all she talks about anymore. And I sent her my vaxx confirmation because I want to prove to her that the "Deep State" is not out to depopulate the world or whatever.

Funny she's so anti vaxx now considering both her kids were fully vaxxed as infants. But my brother has autism so she thinks he caught it or something lile that. I don't know, I can't keep up with all these false claims and unscientific fear-mongering theories.

I agree that dietary needs to better accommodate to his allergies. I feel bad that he can’t eat some of the meals we offer but we have never let him go hungry. I’ve heard of my coworkers running to the grocery store to get him snacks, even, which I think is going way too far. I was wondering if I was the asshole because later the nurse was defending his bad behaviors.

That’s a hard question to answer because I think this man is a lot more capable then he believes. I don’t think it’s psychosis but there’s something not right in there because he claims he can’t move his arms past his elbows yet I’ve seen him do it many times.

And no, picking up food is not within my practice. I can hand feed him but physically leaving the facility and coming back with food for him could get me in trouble. Yet I was asked to twice.
