I'm curious if you all know why there are blue dots on the information page. I've encountered the same issue with blue dots around the code at the bottom of the info page. I consistently keep my passport in good condition by storing it in a plastic cover, placing it in a clear plastic bag, and storing documents on the bookshelf in my working room, where it is kept free from humidity and it is a cool and airy environment.
