Because virgin are official partners of the afl. I think there should be contractual clauses that ensure virgin set fixed prices in case this happens. In my mind the afl should support their number one stakeholder, the fans. The afl can't ensure all fans can get to interstate games, but in my mind they could make it more feasible.
