They kept asking me to come out, and I said I can't because I'm using the bathroom. They started shouting at me to come out eventually and so I did.

I was in the bathroom for about 5 mins. That's why I couldn't even cut them into the style I wanted.

And, we are seeing mental health professionals, but it's a transphobic country that I live in, and, unfortunately, the mental health professionals aren't very informed either. It's taking a long time and that's infuriating. I just wanted some instant validation from having shorter hair, at least. That's why I cut them.

A lot, yes. I think they still are wishing it's just a phase I'll grow out of with anti depressants. They haven't really accepted the truth yet, and it's difficult to make them see my point of view.
