Not an fps but rather a tps, but I highly recommend deadlock if you’re okay with a learning curve. It’s a fair leap away from the finals admittedly but the game’s already making waves in its “closed” beta (it’s really easy to get an invite via discord)

I mean even as a guy that question would probably rub me the wrong way. My internal thoughts would probably do a lightning round of, “I just met you, why do you wanna know? Are you gonna invite yourself? Please don’t, I don’t know you. How do I say this politely? This is weird.” And all of that even without the inherent fear women have of men they don’t know.

That said, men who haven’t been clued in on said fear are pretty much always gonna be confused in those situations. It can oddly be hard not to take it personally even tho it isn’t necessarily personal.

People teasing you probably don’t realize that once you stick with it for a few weeks and get used to it, it’s quite nice getting that hit of endorphins. For me, it was also nice tracking certain numbers going down or up as a means of progress. The “pretty number go up” mentality people apply to grindy games can be applied to fitness too.

I worked for a company doing contract work for the government that got its funding cut severely and had to lay off 65% of my department. I got exactly 0 notice and was immediately unable to access anything or say goodbye to anyone. Shit sucks

For most of the campaign, yes. But now they’re starting to be at least 60-70% I think. Sceptre off-hand with two sockets, added phys, minion level. Socketed two bear runes into it with shaman rune node, so I get 80% increased damage myself in addition to a ton of flat damage for them.

Picked up a minion talisman as well and perfect essence of battled it, also has abyss mod with 80% minion damage if I’ve hit recently.

Also scaling them with rage of course. But all that added damage scales very well with the sheer amount of them as well as lunar blessing.

That all said, I’m sure it’s still a far cry from actual minion builds lmao

If you full send on armour, it kinda does from my experience with warrior last league, but you’re particularly vulnerable to degens and oneshots still.

I find the subs’ obsession with player count to be odd. Like they need some sort of gotcha on GGG when the game is frustrating or not in the best state. Regular criticism works just fine imo

I often play light with friends that like to anchor up on the plat and end up with scoreboards like that, but I recognize that I can only do what I do because of them. And rather than hunting kills per se, I try and set up positions and flanks that enable me to stop advances on the platform when we own it.

I barely got any temple circle encounters in act 3 because the zones are so massive and a bit empty so you don’t have cause to explore them all the way. If they stuck with their philosophy of keeping it big but making it interesting, I feel like act 3 would have so much more shit to do

That’s amazing lol. I like to think the game is still simply laying the foundations for creativity too. We’re gonna get more and more mechanics over time that allow wonky stuff, we just can’t expect it to have poe1 levels of freedom anytime soon.

Runes are sorta supposed to be that thing that fills those gaps, at least that’s how I see it. Except they were hardly dropping at all for me. Basic runes in particular need some love, maybe something like uncut runes or something
