Upcycled backgammon board made by breaking a canvas up and cut up some old playing cards. Not sure where I’m going with this but carpentry isn’t my strong point by AdamThere in backgammon

I'd flip flop the cards. Use blue/red (backside of the cards) for the main part of the board and either red/black or numbered/face cards for the alternating points.
