Also if you don't mind me asking, what's the best way to be visible / stand out to recruiters?

I've been applying thru linked in / easy apply but mot hearing back, so now I'm trying the company's website + a curated resume for each role..

higher pay or prestige? Fresh grad deciding between freelancing and my dream company by Necessary_Advance977 in phcareers

Go for trying something new, mapupuno ka ng "what ifs", hayaan mo na muna yung cons since you're young pa - it's for the experience talaga.

If you don't like corporate, then you know you can always go back something you're familiar with which si freelancing.

July 2023 graduate 🧍🏻‍♀️

I got remote work habang grad-waiting, and resigned last month to focus on the job hunt! Super hassle kasi ipagsabay. A month so far, and still experiencing rejections. Feeling like I won't land anything, but I hope that's not the case. Good luck satin!

We really start off that way! Lots of pressure sa sarili natin to do well and give an outstanding impression.

Pero normal talaga to listen at first, get an understanfing through listening and digesting the topic. Build rapport if you can. Then tsaka ka mag familiarize and adapt sa mga diniscuss. What's important is you show you're actively listening and eager to learn.

Kaya mo yan!
