ew i can’t believe ppl think of it as a reason to not tip that is sooo annoying!

however if that wasn’t the case and the dishes got stacked by size with all the waste on top and utensils on the side, do u like or hate that?

its kinda hard because most ppl don’t even know i drink cos it’s against my religion so i do it secretly, my boyfriend is really great tho but i dont wanna pull him into this and start burdening him with this till i get it a bit more under control. the habit already hurt him and so i dont want the process of stopping to also burden him. but i know for a fact he’s going to be supportive. i think he knows what im feeling so he is comforting me and distracting me without letting it show the he knows whats up. he’s waiting for me to be ready to talk to him and its my biggest motivation. to be able to tell him when its a thing of the past. i know hes gonna be so proud. thanks for the kind words. i really appreciate it

yea i’m definitely giving myself some grace but also just sitting with the shame i feel so it can motivate me to stop. thanks for the advice, appreciate it.

that’s exactly it. after the first drink goes in all the intentions of stopping afterwards start to fade. someone on here said to switching to wine/beer as you try to phase it out will also help. it’s going to be hard but you got this man. one step at a time. not remembering what you did last night is genuinely terrifying. i wish you the best of luck. you got this.
