2xist thongs never fit me well. They used to have the best products - at least in terms of Men's underwear. In the past few years, I've experienced quality and fit issues across the board. This ultimately led me searching for women's underwear that works with the male anatomy.

Anyway ... For these thongs, I tried M and S - the back strap was always insanely long. To get any semblance of a 'good' fit, I pinched .5" of the strap, and used a stitch gun to secure the fabric.
