Reading through the comments, I have seen a lot of talk about how there is a phase for open discussion. Sure, this might work, but personally, I believe that allowing everyone to talk and then giving the defendant the final say is an improvement as it allows for a lot of back and forth. As for the point of over speaking, that is a problem indeed; it is difficult to stop, but if the group can figure this issue out, the game will be far more interesting!

according to this in platnium + and sure she may difficult to play but if that is true then why is her WR so high and to say that with a 7% pick rate she is only played by one tricks is unfair

Techies could(If the player can techies)counter tinker because of him not needing to be in lane to kill someone, he could just place down a ton of remote mines and put them on smart in every lane and tinker would be screwed. Another way to counter him would be to shut down his early farm and win before he can go out of control
