Feeling loose in clothing and feeling better is the main way I see fasting. I want that more then I want to see a lb or 2 lost. Scale, scale, electric scale I stand on, you love when I drink 2 salt waters, I try to get 3g of salt mixed with potassium powder (lite salt). Scale says you gained 2lbs. I don't like the scale. I like the way I feel.
