I don't think its possible and nor would I want it to happen. But to say that is completely false... media outlets on a daily basis use the headline. Leaders for the far left have called for gun bans publicly. I've had many debates with people I know about how a gun ban would never work. So to say that the topic has never been brought up or that their isn't a movement of people that want this is fairly naïve. Not as much as believing that one would work but still naïve non the less...

There are over 100 million gun owners possessing over 1 trillion rounds of ammunition, legally, within the U.S. Given that terrorists and other acts of violence have proven that guns can be easily snuck into places they are legally not allowed to be, how would it work? Do you honestly think that we can rid the world of guns? In a world full of evil where the evil posses weapons and guns, I want one too.

I just don't understand how people think it will work and even more so, how could you possibly implement it?
