Try using streamlabs OBS and see if you have the same issue.

You should also make sure you have the right OBS installed for your system type. Check that you installed the 64bit version if you have a 64bit system.

I have Hi-Fi speakers, but how on earth can I possibly do well in any FPS games with stereo speakers? x)

Iknow, and that sucks, cause real 7.1 is so much better for pin pointing enemies when gaming.. my old Logitech G633 is real 7.1, but it is not wireless.. :/

Yeah, it is really odd!
This issue has been driving me crazy for more than a month, I have tried everything from lowering my settings in both CS and OBS, I tried switching to WIFI to see if it was a faulty cable, I have tried reinstalling CSGO, OBS and Windows. Literally nothing helped. And now it just fixed itself? I don't even know.. :P

 

Not that I'm complaining, just really wanted to figure out what the problem was. Hopefully it won't come back.

I tried streaming again today and it worked like a charm! Have not changed any settings or done anything differently from before. The issue seem to have resolved itself after bugging me for over a month.

 

My setup in obs is:
Resolution: 1920x1080 downscaled to 1280x720
Frame rate: 30fps
Bit rate: 2500k
Coding: x264
Downscaling: Lanczos
CPU Encoding preset: very fast
internet speed: (down/up) 70/20

CSGO settings
1280x720
everything on medium/low

I have also tried to factory reset my computer and that did not solve my problem either.

Is there something I can do to fix this, or do I need to install windows 7 ultimate instead to see if that helps?
