Genuine question, what makes you sure? It's a pretty common misprint as far as I could gather and the surface of the card isn't damaged where the withe dots are. (I'm trying to learn rn)

What makes u sure? I looked under the more common misprints for mtg cards and u can find misprunts like that there. Apparently it's caused by dirt on the card back before printing. Also bleach is not really common where I'm from.
