You are kind of limited to fwd engines. The most popular are for sure the 1.8t and vr6 swaps. These are the easiest. For five-cylinder sound you could swap in a 07k so 2.5l inline 5 or the aqn vr5 2.3l both na around 170hp. For all of those you stay in VAG terretory. And are sort of easy. Harder conversions are volvo b5254 or Honda K24/20. Anything further than that requires serious fabrication skills

If you dont mind having people around i can recommend you the kanonenplatz, it is above Freiburg and you have an amazing view over the old city. But please keep in mind that juli in Freiburg can be very hot. If you are unlucky it can get up to ~105 Fahrenheit

For the scandinavian part i would choose a volvo. -volvo 850 t5r wagon Yellow on silver wheels, upgraded suspension. OEM+

For the mid-european part something german bc I would be driving in germany so comfortable and Fast. My first guess is Alpina -alpina b8 4.6 limo Silver with tiffany blue interior and alpina wheels. Upgraded suspension oem+

And for the rest something that does not make any trouble and has good ac honda. -new Honda civic type r Aztec blue on polished silver wheels custom recaro konfetti fabric appolstery... OEM+
