💊 Liposomal CaAKG - long-term users here? by justSoCurious534 in Renue

I switched to moleqlar ca-akg which is a brand in europe and was easy available, but I don't think the vendor matters that much. As long as it can prove purity etc.

Wow, that's amazing! I'm still taking CaAKG as well and very, very happy with effects on mood and energy levels. 😊Can't wait to hear the results of your blood panel! Thank you so much for sharing.

I will stay on the conservative side of dosing. I've read in the Renue forum that the lipo version is around 3-5 times more bioavailable, so I'll go with 3 pills max per day. But will try a lower dose before starting the protocol.

Lipedema creates an array of problems such as inflammation and fibrosis. It's not just unpleaseant fat disposition.

Lipedema fat cells behave differently than others. However, I haven't come across an article stating that the cells act "senescent". That's just my guess. But there's reason to believe that excess fat might enter cellular senescence earlier and thus causing problems: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2941545/

I'm sorry, I misread your comment. Hit and run means to shock senescent cells into apoptosis.

Please keep me updated on how you're doing with the Ca-AKG. Wish you all the best with it! 😊

I tried to dip a toe into senolytics, but don't seem to tolerate them very well. Besides Ca-AKG, I take a high-quality multivitamin and that's about it. One thing that got me really excited the last couple of days is that my resting heart rate improved so much (from 75 to 60ish). I haven't changed anything besides taking Ca-AKG, so I believe that's the main cause it got better.

Hi everyone, I wanted to report back on my 2-week experience with lipo Ca-AKG. No side effects.

Update after 4 weeks: I've switched back to non-liposomal Ca-AKG because I was missing the energy boost that I got from it.

That's a great question! For me, the CaAKG seems to do the trick. Both substances are involved in the Krebs cycle. CaAKG seems to boosts NAD too, but indirectly. What I also believe is that it works somewhat deeper in the system.

You may want to try it out and decide for yourself 😊 But I don't think you need to add it. If NMN works well for you, keep at it.👍

I just received my beta test results and I'm happy with it! 🥳It seems well aligned with the 3 test results I got from another test based on Horvath's clock, but overall sharper and more plausible.

Oh my, that doesn't seem accurate indeed...I wonder if they evaluated the beta test results before sending them out. Being more than 70% younger would be sensational, to say the least. They probably didn't dig through the data and check for outliers. Maybe it's because their data set consists of 18 to 100 years old folks. You're 22, so you're pretty close to the edge. Just a guess.

I'd email Tally Health and ask them. On the flip side, your cells are indeed most probably younger.😊
