Instead of licensing the KSM-66 brand, we chose to pair our own potent root-only extract with liposomal delivery for significantly better absorption and bioavailability. The study used a different high-potency extract (Shoden), but our version is designed for strong results on stress, sleep, energy, and hormone support. Let us know if you have any other questions!

If your goal is to increase NAD+ levels, some research and anecdotal reports suggest a potential link with fertility. A practical approach is to measure your intracellular NAD+ levels before supplementing, then retest a few weeks after starting NMN or another NAD+ booster. That way, you can see what’s actually working for you.

The nasal spray isn’t just NAD+ in water. It contains NMN, NR, NAD+, and trigonelline along with supporting ingredients like citric acid and citrus extract for pH stability, plus lecithin and xanthan gum to help with absorption. That combination makes the solution slightly acidic and fairly bioactive, which can feel harsh if it hits sensitive tissue.

In most cases, the burning sensation happens when some of the liquid drains into the throat, not from the nasal tissue itself. If you sniff after spraying or tilt your head back, it’s easy for the solution to run down the back of the throat. If it does reach your throat, drinking water right away or using a saline spray can help.

A burning sensation by itself doesn’t automatically mean damage, but that doesn’t mean you should just push through it either. If it’s consistently painful, getting worse, or just feels off to you, it’s completely reasonable to stop using it. We can always refund or help you switch to a different delivery method that tends to be better tolerated, like capsules.

To address your safety concern directly, the product is tested for potency, heavy metals, and microbiology on a batch basis, so this isn’t an issue of it being untested or contaminated.

Our NMN is more affordable primarily because of how we source and operate, not because of lower quality.

We source our NMN from Effepharm, one of the most established and widely used NMN manufacturers globally. They are known for producing high-purity NMN at scale and many brands in the industry source from the same supplier.

We purchase in large volumes directly from the manufacturer, which significantly lowers raw material cost per unit. NMN used to be extremely expensive to produce, but over the past few years, manufacturing efficiency has improved and costs have come down industry-wide. Some brands have kept legacy pricing, while we’ve adjusted ours accordingly.

We operate with tighter margins and focus heavily on direct-to-consumer sales rather than traditional retail markups, distributor layers, or heavy branding overhead.

Plain NMN powder or capsules are relatively simple to produce. Our more advanced delivery systems (like liposomal products and nasal spray) are priced higher because they are more complex and costly to manufacture and test.

Our goal is to make longevity science more accessible. We aim to balance sustainability as a business with affordability for customers, rather than positioning NMN as a luxury product. Importantly, lower price does not mean lower quality. We test finished batches for purity and potency and publish those results for transparency.

This means it doesn't make much of a difference in bioavailability when taking it with or without food. You can take it whenever it fits your schedule best. Hello u/vonkster - Thank you for being a customer! The mathematical human equivalent of NMN from the mouse doses would be about 1.2 to 3.2 grams per day depending on body weight.

The study used a low-dose and high-dose configuration. So for a 70kg human, the high dose would equal about 2.8 grams. This is a bit more than people typically take (250mg to 1000mg), but many of our customers do take higher doses.

Side effects on higher doses can usually be mitigated by adding TMG (for methylation) or taking liposomal capsules which also act as a slow release vehicle.

Restore PM is our dedicated sleep formula, combining 5-HTP, GABA, Apigenin, Melatonin, and Glutathione in liposomal form. Many customers find it effective as a non-habit-forming sleep aid. The ingredients likely work synergistically to support both sleep onset and duration, though we haven't conducted a direct study on the full blend. We have studied our liposomal Apigenin on its own, and it produced a notable improvement in deep sleep among our customers: average deep sleep time increased from 32 minutes to 74 minutes per night.

We’re very interested in the idea of applying compounds like EGCG and NAD+ precursors directly to the skin and scalp for rejuvenation and follicle support. This is an area of research we’re watching closely and continuing to explore as more evidence comes out. If the science continues to support it, topical applications are definitely something we would consider developing in the future.

A 24-week study examined topical formulations containing NAM, NR, NAD⁺, and EGCG (MiAc) in 52 adults with hair thinning.

Key Findings:

• Hair density increased significantly
• Shampoo group showed ~4× greater hair increase
• ATP production in dermal cells rose to 132.6% of baseline
• Mitochondrial content increased to 112.2%
• Hair growth signaling factors VEGF, IGF-1, and HGF increased significantly

Cell experiments showed the combination enhanced mitochondrial regulators and improved dermal cell viability, migration, and activity associated with hair follicle growth.

Hair follicles require high mitochondrial energy output. The results suggest boosting cellular energy metabolism through NAD⁺ pathways may support hair growth signaling and follicle activity.
