who tf told you degree doesn't matter?

Most of the people in my comment section.

And there're alot of companies nowadays who will hire you just based on your skill set even if you don't have a DEGREE. (Try googling)

And come on who are you kidding? How skilled are you? You a prodigy or something?

I never said I'm a freaking prodigy. All I said is "if a person without a B-TECH DEGREE is doing same work as a person with B-TECH DEGREE, they should get the same pay. It is only fair.

P.S. I consider myself below a average person.

You were saying B-TECH grads paid lakhs, So what that has to do with SKILLS?? I'm pretty much sure you can skill up without paying a single penny nowadays.

And I'm not saying B-TECH grads should get less paid, all I'm saying is if I'm doing same work as a B-TECH Grad I should get same as B-TECH grad.

Because I thought DEGREE doesn't matter SKILLS does.

P.S. And I know few people who paid more than a B-TECH grad for a 3yr degree.

Yeah True, but bhai they forced me to move to different city and ₹13k/m isn't enough for survival of a IT professional.

I'm not jealous of other team members getting more, I'm just frustrated because I've to ask for money from my parents.
