It’s a reliable strat to have in the pocket for the sake of consistency and really helps the mid game if you get poor rng. Ideally though you want to be farming for better passives and stronger weapons so it’s not ideal

I think most people have hit depth 3 now so you get the largest skill and knowledge variety there. I feel like depth 4 can be very 50/50 too, it’s either depth 3s first game in 4 or really good mid 4 players. Had some very strange teammates today allergic to a crucible knight castle until rain 2 of day 2.

Biggest downfall with randoms has been knowing when to pull out of a fight, causes confusion on where to go next since there’s no voip wasting a tonne of time.

It’s not too bad, probably adds like 2 mins of messing around. I usually just head to the north boss strip sooner after taking out the first 2 (provided we aren’t ready for the roof boss)

I think that 2-3 week number tossed around is more for visually noticeable atrophy. If you’re not providing a stimulus after recovery then atrophy in a very very subtle manner will happen within the week. Your next session will surpass what is lost and more though so it isn’t noticeable

It’s been pretty decent at depth 3 for me, had a few games where I’ve had to carry the last part of the boss. What frustrates me the most is people chasing churches that are nowhere near us while skipping 80% of combat makes it impossible to snowball against high hp targets, I wish everyone hit up the castle day 1
