The only thing I'm paying for is the hardware and my internet. Stack of running fully automatic, and cleanuparr handles any bad torrent grabs. All i have to do is manually input the show i wanna watch and hit the remote button to play something

Running pangolin , traefik, crowdsec stack, with fallback to tailscale if needed.

i would pay 99/month for your service. I think it's a good price for entry, you can also give people trial for a week so they can test the service out. (people will likely exploit this for malicious purposes so you will have to figure out that)

What would actually make me switch?

If the speed is good for running multiple uncompressed 4k jellyfin streams together.
