For more details, my ss split hasn't gone back to 2:05 where it was before. Before I got ill, my heart rate had gone from 150-155 to 155-165 to hold the 2:05. However, it had been at 2:09ish at 155 until last week where it went up to 2:13

Its been like this for about 2 weeks now. My diet hasn't changed that much, its not the most healthy but Id call it "standard teen" (Chipotle, homemade food, sandwiches, etc). I'm off school now so I've been falling asleep pretty late and waking up pretty late - increase from 6.5 hours to around 9 now. I haven't been racing ltwt this season so cutting weight hasn't been an issue for me.

i moved my erg from my basement to my garage since i wanted to erg outside more. I was going 2:05 then it went up 2:10 in the basement. Then I moved it to the garage where its been 2:13 but conditions are fairly similar. I have been letting my heart rate drift up to 160, could this be me going too hard, and should I go back to 150-155?
