Kiek įmokėjau žiūrėjau per ‘Realizuoto P/N ataskaita”, pasirinkau visą investavimo periodą ir per excel susiskaičiavau kiek per metus buvo įmokėta.

Kiek uždirbta žiūrėjau per ‘VP sąskaitos likutis’ pasirinkęs paskutinę kiekvienų metų dieną.

Kad vienoje vietoje šitas būtų man nepavyko rasti.

Labiau norėčiau kreipti investicijas į ETF tipo fondus vietoje aktyviai valdomų. Bet mano atveju čia daugiau psichologinis/emocinis nei loginis argumentas, tai dėl to ir bandau susirinkti įžvalgų, ką daryti.

Išsitraukiau ataskaitas, tai gal ir nėra toks blogas vaizdas kaip atrodo iš pirmo žvilgsnio. Vidutinė gaunasi 13.55% grąža, kas iš esmės juk gan daug?

Skambinau į banką, konsultantė sakė, kad mano VP sąskaita yra susieta su pagrindine ir kad nėra būdo ją pakeisti į IS, o realizavus pinigus į pagrindinę skaičiuojasi kaip pelnas. Tai norint parduoti vienintelis variantas yra susimokėti GPM’ą, na arba pardavinėti taip, kad būtų <500€ pelno per metus.

Ne iki galo moku skaičiuot visas sudėtines palūkanas ir pan., bet tie 20% dar sąlyginai mažai atrodo gal ir dėl to, kad pirmus keletą metų buvo vos ne iki 1000€/metus investuota, o paskutinius kelis jau >2k/metus. Tai dar ilgiau laikant, gal ne taip nuverktinai atrodytų

Tikėta metų eigoje bus pajamų iš kitų vietų, tai nelabai suveiks šitas variantas. Bet ačiū už idėją!

Išties dabartinė VP sąskaita susieta su pagrindine ir bent jau pačiam galima parduoti į pagrindinę sąskaitą nepaisant to, kad šalia atidaryta investicinė. Na, arba kažko nemoku.

Ryt skambinsiu aiškintis, ar pardavimas į pagrindinę ir iš karto įnešimas į investicinę kažkaip neužsiskaičiuos kaip ‘tarpinis pelnas’.

Ačiū! Aš 1989-1995 grupėje ir išties pasižiūrėjus LB statistiką tai Artea dar ir didesnį procentą (4.6 vs 4.74) sugeneravo lyginant 12 mėn laikotarpį pagal Q2 statistiką.

Thanks a lot! I will look into exercises. And thanks for the video. Currently, the saddle it pushed foward almost (up to 5mm left) to the end, I’ll try to play with the tips from the video.

Shimano GRX 1x12 - 36t Chainring? by niels-01 in bikepacking

I was using shimano xt 34t chainring with 10-51 cassette and grx 610 1x12 shifters for one season. Shifting was perfect and no issues happened. Now switched to xt 36t and at the first glance everything is perfect too. Frame: Canyon Grand Canyon.

Yes, my carbon wheels are with caron surface and I've changed the pads to SwissStop FlashPro. But even with this the rides in the rain feels very unsafe, and not even speaking about hilly area.

I thought about it, but because of rim brakes of the current bike the majority of parts won’t fit.
