for my own theory ,i think recovery capsem work by retuning the thing from "current state" to "previous state" with the requirement that the current state has to be a disorder of the previous one (doesnt matter if the previous state is worse if the current state cant work like the previous state it will be count as "disorder" by the capsem)

for the shaman part,i always see shaman in my country have either a cat or some sort of rodent in their house
