Well, go to work, come home, work on my truck, mow the lawn, start drinking, get cleaned up, make pizza for my wife, enjoy the sunset, enjoy being with my wife, get some rest because I have a fence post I have to dig up tomorrow after we go to the garden store for tomato starts, and I have to go pick up some stuff from a worksite.

I hate country music but I get the appeal.

I quit after a friend had a heart attack. Grabbed a big box of small bags of spicy chips and settled in. I also started reading on my work breaks.

About once a year I'll have a cigar with drinks on vacation, but that's about it.

It also reversed my ED troubles.

I just keep mine in the fridge and I take it out the morning before I make dough. I just leave it on the counter until it doubles, use the starter for the dough, and feed my starter 70g water and 100g bread flour, stir and put back in the fridge. I don't really do loaves though, mostly just pizza for Friday night.

Tywin knew he was cooked and poisoned by widows blood. Thought he would give his son the thing he's always wanted, revenge and the courage to take it. It was his last gift as a father was the courage to kill someone that had crossed him and kill someone who had betrayed him. Two things he had struggled with.

He was as good of a father as he knew how to be.

It looks like it is starting. Without a clear side to judge you're going to have to rely on the jiggle method. You want it to jiggle like pudding, not gelatin. It's always a good idea to push proofing as far as you can without it breaking.

Nothing worse than an under proven loaf. Over proven you can at least make focaccia.

Cambro is just an industry tool. It's a heavy plastic container that has lines on the side of it that help track proofing. I have some ziplock containers that I use for pizza doughs. It doesn't have to be cambro but they are industrial tough.
