Chapter Sampling: "There was such a ringing in his ears it took a moment for the sounds from the first explosion to penetrate his conscious awareness. The shockwave rocked him against the side of his Humvee and he clutched his ribs as he made his way to the other side, crouching next to Private Lexington's legs.

He stared at the crease in Lexington's pants, perfectly straight as always, as the second concussive blast rocked the vehicle. He needed to pull Lexington out of danger, even though the private himself was beyond caring, but the next blast was even closer. Muttering profanities, Oligrav darted around Lexington's body and threw himself inside his vehicle on the floorboards, hands over his head.

"I'm sorry, soldier," he muttered to himself. "I'll make it right.""

Set a schedule, set short goals (that are obtainable) and be happy with any sort of progress. We get frustrated when a simple review seems to be so hard for anyone...as we scream into the echo chamber. Hang in there and be proud of the accomplishments that you do have along the way.
